Ingredients:
4 slices cooked bacon; 6 eggs; 2 C. milk; Slat and pepper to taste; 1-1/2 C. shredded Swiss cheese; 3 T. Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Cook bacon until crispy. In a bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk, salt and pepper, Swiss and Parmesan. Pour into deep-dish pie plate and sprinkle bacon on top and more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
