Ingredients:
4 eggs; 2 C. milk; 2 C. flour; 2 T. butter, melted; 1 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. sugar
Preparation:
Beat eggs, add all ingredients in order and mix well. Pour on hot greased griddle and turn when golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup. Or sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and roll up. Serves 4.
