Ingredients:
2/3 C. oil; 1 C. sugar (or 1/2 C. brown sugar) and 1/2 C. white sugar); 2 eggs; 4 C. oatmeal; Dash salt; 3 tsp. baking powder; 1-1/2 C. milk
Preparation:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. You may add cinnamon (1 teaspoon) or raisins, chopped apples, chopped nuts or 1/2 cup applesauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 9x13" pan.
