Bacon Pie

Ingredients:
12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled; 1 C. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.); 1-1/2 C. milk; 4 eggs; Salt and pepper; Small onion, chopped; 3/4 C. Bisquick
Preparation:
In a deep-dish pie plate, crumble bacon in bottom, then cheese, then onion. Beat remaining ingredients in a bowl (blender 15 seconds, mixer 1 minute). Pour over bacon mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
