Ingredients:
Two 6 oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts; 1 onion, chopped; 1 clove garlic, minced; 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar; 4 eggs, beaten; 1/4 C. bread crumbs; Dash of pepper; Dash of Tabasco (opt.); 2 T. parsley, chopped; 1 unbaked crust
Preparation:
Drain artichokes (keep juice from 1 jar). Saute onion and garlic in artichoke juice. Slice artichokes and add onions, garlic and remaining ingredients. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
