Ingredients:
3 apples, peeled and chopped; 4 T. butter; 1 C. flour; 1 C. milk; 6 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; Pinch of salt; 1/4 tsp. nutmeg; Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven and put in an iron skillet. In another skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter and saute apples. In a blender combine flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Blend until mixed. Take hot skillet from oven and melt 2 tablespoons butter, arrange sauteed apples and pour batter over apples. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 10 more minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
