Ingredients:
3/4 C. yellow cornmeal; 3/4 C. flour; 1/2 C. sugar; 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder; 3/4 C. milk; 1/4 C. oil; 1 egg
Preparation:
Mix first 4 ingredients. In another bowl combine milk, oil and egg. Pour wet into dry ingredients. Don't stir too much! Bake in greased deep-dish pie plate or muffin tins at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
