Ingredients:
1 C. brown sugar; 1/2 C. butter or oil; 2 eggs, beaten; 3 ripe mashed bananas; 1/2 tsp. salt; 2 C. flour; 2 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Cream sugar and butter. Sift dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add eggs and bananas to wet mixture; add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in nuts. Makes 1 loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
