Ingredients:
1/2 C. oil; Dash salt; 1 C. sugar; 2 eggs, beaten; 2 C. flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; 3 mashed bananas; 1/3 C. chopped nuts
Preparation:
Blend first 3 ingredients. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients that were sifted together. Add bananas and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in muffin pans or mini-muffin pans.
