Applesauce Raisin Bread
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 stick butter; 1 C. brown sugar; 1 egg; 1-3/4 C. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. cloves; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 C. applesauce; 1 C. raisins; Cool Whip or soft cream cheese

Preparation:
Cream butter and sugar; add egg and mix well. Add flour, salt and spices and mix well. Stir in applesauce and raisins. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or soft cream cheese. Can be mixed in a food processor.
