Peaches and Cream Pie
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
6 to 8 fresh peaches; 1 C. sugar; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 C. heavy cream; 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation:
Peel and slice peaches; sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar and arrange in crust. In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup sugar, flour and salt; stir in cream and vanilla. Pour cream mixture over fruit and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
