Ingredients:
2 C. brown sugar; 1 stick butter; 5 egg yolks; 1 T. flour (heaping); 1 C. milk or cream; 1 T. cornmeal; 1 tsp. vanilla; Dash of salt
Preparation:
Cream sugar and butter; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked deep-dish crust and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Jo's mother made a smaller version of this with the leftover bits of dough.
