Mississippi Coconut Pie

Ingredients:
1-1/2 C. sugar; 1/2 stick butter, melted; 3 eggs, beaten; 1 T. vinegar; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 C. coconut; 1 unbaked pie crust

Preparation:
Mix in order and pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
