Key Lime Pie
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 graham cracker pie crust; 3 large eggs, separated; 1 can sweetened condensed milk; 1/2 C. key lime juice; Juice of 1 lemon; 1 C. sugar

Preparation:
Combine egg yolks, canned milk, 1/2 cup sugar and juices until smooth. Use a food processor if possible. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Beat egg whites until peaks form; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar. Cover top of pie and return to oven another 20 minutes or until golden brown. Chill.
