Ingredients:
FILLING: 1 C. brown sugar; 1/2 C. molasses; 2 C. hot water; 1 egg, beaten; 1 T. flour (heaping); 1/2 tsp. vanilla; Dash salt. ^^ CRUMBS: 1 C. brown sugar; 2 C. flour; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 stick butter, soft; 2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation:
Combine filling ingredients in a saucepan and boil until thick. Combine dry crumb ingredients; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pour cooked mixture into 2 unbaked pie crusts (divide equally). Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
