Coconut Pie
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust; 1 C. coconut; 1/2 C. milk; 2 eggs, beaten; 1/4 stick butter, melted; 1 C. sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation:
Soak coconut in milk for 5 minutes. Mix with other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
