Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten; 8 oz. cream cheese, soft; 1/3 C. sugar; 1/4 tsp. vanilla; 1 C. sour cream; 2 T. sugar; 1/4 tsp. vanilla; Pinch of salt; 1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation:
Mix egg, cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla; pour into graham cracker pie crust. Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees and remove from oven. Set oven to 425 degrees and mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and pinch of salt. Pour over top of pie and bake at 425 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes. Chill 24 hours.
