Ingredients:
1 unbaked graham cracker pie crust; 2 C. fresh blueberries; 8 oz. cream cheese, soft; 3/4 C. sugar; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1 tsp. vanilla; 2 eggs; 1 C. sour cream; 1 T. sugar
Preparation:
Place blueberries in unbaked graham cracker pie crust. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add eggs and blend until smooth. Pour mixture over blueberries. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. TAke out pice from oven and increase temperature to 475 degrees. Mix sour cream and 1 tablespoon sugar. Spread over pie. Bake for 5 more minutes. Cool and serve.
